Returns Policy

Customers / Consumers are advised to make sure orders are placed with absolute confidence it is the product and item that you agree to purchase. Customers will have to contact Fleetwood Distributors on 03 9776 8419 to make claim for return on the purchase of item & product.

  • Returns will be considered by Fleetwood Distributors before any action is taken for approval of the return of item & product.
  • Fleetwood Distributors will accept returns in good faith on grounds of the customer not being satisfied with the item & product.
  • Returns will only be accepted within 21 days of the purchase date stated on the tax invoice. Customer must retain Tax Invoice & Receipt purchased with item & product as Proof of Purchase. (If a customer can’t provide Proof of Purchase of Tax Invoice or Receipt, Fleetwood Distributors will not & cannot take action for any return claim).
  • Return on item & product must be made to or shipped back to Fleetwood Distributors, Factory 1, 73 Brunel Road, Seaford Vic 3198, Australia. Return item & product shipping are at the customer expense only. (Fleetwood Distributors will not be liable for any shipping expense return on item & product under any circumstance).
  • Fleetwood Distributors can either replace the item or product or a refund will be provided of the same value as Tax Invoice. Refunds are based on agreements reached between the 2 parties, Fleetwood Distributors and the customer, Refund claims will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
